本政策适用于ReAlive服务提供商以网站、客户端、小程序以及随着技术发展而出现的新形态向您提供的各种产品和/或服务。如果我们及我们的关联公司对其向您提供的产品和/或服务另有单独的隐私政策,则相应的产品和/或服务受其相应的隐私政策约束。

除本政策中描述的相关信息收集和使用活动外,本政策不适用于第三方向您提供的其他服务。其他服务适用第三方另行向您说明的个人信息收集和使用规则。

2. 人脸数据的使用与保护

2.1 ReAlive收集的人脸数据

(一)浏览/生成/下载图片/视频

当您使用ReAlive时,为了向您提供一致的服务,我们需要收集您的设备信息和日志信息。前述日志信息包括:您的操作和行为日志信息,包括您的浏览历史记录、生成的照片/视频以及下载记录访问日期。此类信息为本功能的必要信息。如果您不提供此类信息,您可能无法正常使用上述功能。当您使用视频/图片下载功能时,我们会请求您的相册权限。

(二)信息上传、交流与互动

ReAlive在生成内容时,会基于您主动上传的原始画像使用人工智能模型。因此,当您使用ReAlive时,我们会处理您主动上传的原始画像信息。此类信息为提供本服务所必须收集的信息。我们将按照法律要求,对您的信息在收集、传输和存储过程中采取严格的加密措施,保障信息安全。我们仅提供图像处理服务,不会提取或用于身份识别目的。服务结束后,系统将自动删除上述信息,不会保留。上传部分前述信息时,我们会请求您授权相机和相册权限。

(三)客户服务与争议解决

当您联系我们或申请争议解决时,为保障您的账户和系统安全,我们需要您提供必要的个人信息以验证您的会员资格。为了便于与您联系、尽快帮助您解决问题或记录相关问题的解决方案及结果,我们可能会保存您与我们之间的沟通、通信/通话记录及相关内容(包括账户信息、您提供的其他用于证明相关事实的信息或您留下的联系方式)。如果您针对特定订单进行咨询、投诉或提供建议,我们将使用您的账户信息和订单信息。

(四)为您提供安全保障为了提高您使用我们及我们的关联公司、合作伙伴所提供服务的安全性,保障您或其他用户或公众的人身安全、财产安全、账户安全、交易安全,更好地防范钓鱼网站、欺诈、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络入侵、恶意程序等安全风险,更准确地识别违反法律法规或ReAlive相关协议、规则的行为,我们在应用程序中嵌入了我们关联公司开发的应用安全SDK来收集您的设备信息,包括不可更改的设备识别信息(指设备制造商编程到设备中用于识别设备的一串字符,例如Android IMEI、AndroidID、OAID等)。我们可能通过使用系统权限收集和使用您的个人信息,以便为您提供更便捷、更优质的产品和/或服务,提升您的体验。如果您不同意开启相关权限,不会影响您使用ReAlive的基础服务,但您可能无法享受这些服务带来的用户体验。您可以在任何时间。请注意,当您启用任何权限时,即表示您授权我们收集和使用相关个人信息以向您提供相应的服务。一旦您禁用任何权限,即表示您取消授权。我们将不再基于相应权限收集和使用相关个人信息,也无法继续向您提供该权限对应的服务。您禁用权限的决定不会影响基于您授权的信息收集和使用。

(五)依法免除您授权同意的情形

请您理解,在以下情形中,根据法律法规及国家标准,我们的合作伙伴使用您的个人信息,或我们转移、披露您的个人信息无需您的授权同意:

1. 根据您的要求签订或履行合同所必需的。

请注意,对于某些类型的个人信息,例如实现ReAlive基本功能所必需的信息,或我们履行法律法规规定的义务所必需的信息,我们可能无法响应您变更授权范围的请求。您撤回授权后,我们将不再处理相应的个人信息。但您撤回授权的决定不会影响我们此前基于您的授权进行的个人信息处理。

(五)账号注销

您可以通过以下方式申请注销账号:

1. 联系客服申请注销账号。

您主动注销账号后,我们将停止向您提供产品和/或服务,并根据适用法律的要求删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息。如删除个人信息在技术上存在困难,我们将对其进行匿名化处理或停止处理,但存储和采取必要的安全保护措施除外,法律法规另有规定的除外。

(六)响应您的上述请求

对于您或您可能的监护人、近亲属及其他权利主体向我们提出的上述请求,以及中华人民共和国法律及其他适用法律规定的您的相关个人信息权利,您可以通过客服联系我们,或直接向我们的个人信息保护部门投诉。我们将在15日内予以回复。

为保障您的账户和个人信息安全,当您向我们提出上述请求时,我们可能会先验证您的身份(例如添加账户验证、要求您提供书面请求或其他合理方式),然后再处理您的请求。

原则上,对于您的合理请求,我们不收取费用,但对于重复且超出合理限度的请求,我们将收取一定的费用。我们可能会拒绝那些与您的身份无直接关联、没有合理理由重复、需要过多技术手段(例如需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例)、给他人合法权益带来风险或不切实际的请求。

1. Scope of application

This policy applies to the various products and/or services provided to you by the Allye Camera service provider in the form of websites, clients, applets, and new forms that emerge with the development of technology. If we and our affiliates have separate privacy policies for the products and/or services they provide to you, the corresponding products and/or services shall be subject to the corresponding privacy policies.

Except for the relevant information collection and use activities described in this policy, this policy does not apply to other services provided to you by a third party. 2. Use and protection of face data


2.1 Face data collected by Allye Camera


We analyze the photos you upload and find the characteristic points of the face in the photos (such as eyes, nose, and mouth points) for facial processing. We do not collect any face data. III. Information Collection and Use

When you use the Allye Camera, in order to provide you with consistent services, we need to collect your device information and log information. The aforementioned log information includes: your operation and behavior log information, including your browsing history, generated photos/videos, and download record access dates. This type of information is necessary information for this function. If you do not provide this type of information, you may not be able to use the above functions normally. When you use the video/picture download function, we will request your album permissions.


(II) Information upload, communication and interaction

When the Allyes Camera generates content, it uses an artificial intelligence model based on the original portrait you actively upload. Therefore, when you use the Allyes Camera, we will process the original portrait information you actively upload. This type of information is information that must be collected to provide this service. We will take strict encryption measures for your information during the collection, transmission and storage process in accordance with legal requirements to ensure information security. We only provide image processing services and will not extract identification information or use it for identification purposes. After the service is completed, the system will automatically delete the above information and will not retain it.
